Everybody loves ice cream –in a tub- in a cone or cup and even the ones on a stick. With summer finally making an appearance after a few weeks of gloomy spring days this almost guilt free creamy ice lolly is sure to be one of my regular summer treats. Made from just three ingredients crème friache, honey and fresh strawberries it is all natural and simple enough – even for kids to try – especially now that the school holidays are nearing.
